Stop right here! You've found you're perfect Zion rental!

We LOVED our stay in IT2. What a cozy, CLEAN, perfect find in La Verkin! This has to be the best VRBO we have stayed in!
I have endless positive things to say about this rental. In short, great location next to gas stations, grocery store, dollar store, and restaurants. You're a short drive to even more amenities. The drive to Zion was about 20 minutes (we hit major road work in Springdale, but I'm sure this isn't always the case) and it couldn't have been more convenient.
I am super particular on cleanliness! Supppeerrr particular. And this is the only VRBO that really passed my test! Brand new and very well cared for, it had all the amenities and more! There were even really cute touches like a welcome note on the chalk board, our rental agreement printed out, and complimentary water and candy. So sweet! Having the brand new washer/dryer was so nice. We did a load right before heading back so there was no laundry when we got home! Ah! The little things in life!
The keyless lock was also a nice feature. I had never used that before and it was so convenient not to have to carry a key around while hiking.
And finally, the owners were incredibly accommodating!! We had a very long drive to get to Zion and the owners were able to be flexible with our check in time. This made a world of difference! We also ended up checking out super early to get a head start back and it was as easy as texting one of the staff members who was very polite. What a pleasant experience!
My only comments for renters to be aware is you are in the middle of a neighborhood and there is construction in the back yard. It was never a problem, but it wasn't exactly the wilderness privacy one would think of with Zion area. I was hoping for a little bit more of a yard/bonfire feel, but there is a small patio and we managed to somehow get our marshmallows toasted enough on the propane grill! Modified Camping is more my style anyway! The stars were amazing from the patio and it was just an all around fantastic weekend! (We got engaged while watching the stars, propane-toasting s'mores, and drinking champagne on the patrio of this little gem of a rental, so it will always have special place in our hearts!)

Perfect home for a weeklong getaway

This was the perfect spot and perfect size for our family of 5 (4 adults and a toddler). Spacious, yet cozy, this provided us with what we needed for our week long stay! Thank you for providing instructions on how to use the TV, as well as providing a well-applianced kitchen (we used the waffle maker more than once!). This location allows for an easy day-trip to Zion or a drive to St. George. Lots of fun outdoor opportunities nearby and a welcome home to come back to each evening. Thank you, again, for such a wonderful stay!

Perfect and Sparkling Brand-new

We stayed one night with the intentions of spending most of our time recreating in the nearby Zion National Park. The location is great, the first real civilization, if you don't count the pokey little towns. The house seems brand-new, with a very clever floor plan and wise use of space. The beds were lovely. Very easy to work with the owners--we had a an all-around perfect experience and hope to come back

You Need To Book This House

I have rented many flats, houses and apartments all over the world and I can say this was one of my favorites. I was extremely impressed with how the kitchen had everything you could image including our favorite....a professional waffle maker. We arrived later than we expected due to a 5 hour delay on the highway because of an accident ( not ours). So we really appreciated the ease of using a door code to enter the house. Also, thank you for including incredients for our first breakfast. The decorations of the house are updated and it was immaculate. The location was great. It was close to a grocery store and a brief drive to Zion. I plan on sharing this rental with family and friends. I research rentals on VRBO intensely so look no further. Rent this house! Thank you to the owners who put a lot thought and effort into their rental property!
