Great for the price!
Great location and amenities for the price. The area was clean, and plenty of room.
The power went out a few times with lightning in the area, which was annoying but out of the control of Zion's Camp and Cottages and more a function of La Verkin's power grid.

Had a great visit to Zion because of the location of this property. Clean and roomy.
Positive: Was pleasantly surprised in size and cleanliness. As well as complimentary coffe and coffee pot. Great location for visiting Zion.
Negative: Mattresses on bunk bed were a little thin.

We would stay here again and will recommend it to friends.
Positive: Spacious room. Full kitchen (except stove but you can bbq outside). Comfortable beds. Air conditioning. Easy check-in with code.
Negative: Not much shade but that’s Utah.

Wouldn't recommend - Impossible to contact hosts; no customer service online or via phone.
Positive: Unfortunately I have nothing positive to say about this experience.
Negative: Communication with the company.
I had contacted them through mail (via Booking) so we could find a different date for this reservation (and asked for additional rooms). I received no answer to my mail and tried contacting them over 7 times in the days that followed via phone. I kept not being able to reach anyone, redirected in the directory, or being forwarded to different "services" or an answering machine. I only got a person on the phone once, and that person transferred me to the "booking.com responsible" that did not pick up the phone and again ended up in voicemail. If I wanted to leave a message so they can get back to me - I would have sent another mail. I did not get anyone on the phone and they did not try to call back. Sorely disappointed by the lack of customer service or follow up from their part.
In the end, they don't care once you already put down your credit card. (Even just an explanation why my request would not have been possible would be preferred to being ghosted and just taking the money.)
Additionally, during all this, I kept receiving automated mails and messages about how much they were looking forward to us staying - which we could not respond back to and this only left us more frustrated with the whole process.
I wouldn't recommend - save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere, with a better customer-minded service.
