Sleeping Arrangement
Description
*YOU MUST ENTER THIS UNIT BY USING THE EXTERIOR METAL SPIRAL STAIRCASE*
We built a house that is too big for us. It has extra space on the upper floor (966 sq ft) that is used so seldom that we thought we would let others enjoy it. Frankly this area is one of my favorite parts of our home. We finished it for our youngest daughter and now she has married and moved away. We thought this would be a perfect area of our house to open up to guests. We have now finished it all off and added a kitchenette.
Because this is right above our living area we are limiting it to three guests. There are two beds, a queen in the bedroom and a king in the common area.
We do provide waffle mix and a waffle iron to get you started in the morning but we will not be eating with you. In fact you may never see us unless you make a point to. This space is completely isolated from the part of the house that we live in and we know you will love to stay there.
NOTE: Access is by an outdoor metal circular staircase. While it is brand new and very safe some people have problems with stairways or carrying oversized luggage upstairs, so please be aware of this. Children are welcome but must not be left unattended in the yard. A creek runs through the back of our property and can be quite dangerous during thunderstorms.
